This button will display the code or data in which you are mass adding. Once you are ready to mass add the code, select the "green button at the top. Use the checkbox to check and un-check students. Select a few students or select all students. After selecting the code (AM-Absent - Able to Make Up), select the green BEGIN button which will take you to a list of students in the class. For example, select to mass add a status code for all students for this assignment.

The teacher has the ability to Mass Update Grades by Score, Status or Comment. Within the Edit Scores mode, mass grading options are available. Any values in the Custom Marks list should not be included in the Narrative Grading list. Narrative grading dropdown options cannot match custom mark options. Note: Custom Mark types of 'TX' set the correct possible and points possible to 0. When student has a custom mark that is type M (Missing) or type (TX) that isn't 'NA', the color will display as Orange. When a student has a score higher than the max, the item color will display as light mint green. When the Change Mark button is tapped, a window will display the available custom marks that have been set up on the web including existing marks TX and NA. The Gradebook Score Editor displays a button labeled 'Change Mark' at the bottom of the number-pad. Upon selecting an assignment, a list of students in the class will be displayed. These gradebooks are categorized by Current Terms and Past Terms respectively. Selecting the gradebooks page will return a list of all gradebooks created by the teacher. The Gradebook app has the ability to create, edit, delete, push and import assignments as well as update student scores. The Gradebook page can be accessed by the Navigation bar in the upper left corner or at the bottom of the page.
